I N THE 2019 NHL DRAFT, BY THE TIME THE LA KINGS PICK AT # 5 , JACK HUGHES AND KAAPO KAKKO  WILL BE GONE. HERE ARE THE GUYS NEXT IN LINE.  THESE ARE THEIR SKILLSET RATINGS FROM A  FAN-SCOUTING CHANNEL ON YOUTUBE CALLED  "NHL DRAFT CENTRAL". THE RATINGS ARE SCREENSHOTS FROM THAT CHANNEL.
